K-chicken & Grill Korean BBQ

Great Korean food. I have eaten here a few times and the food is alway delicious. The atmosphere is nice as well. Love love love the banchan and wish they provided more with the meals. My only issue with this place is the service, once your server brings you your drinks and food you pretty much never see them again, so it can be hard to get refills, take out boxes, and your check. But aside from that this place is awesome and the food is fantastic.

We went here on a Saturday night when another restaurant wouldn't seat us even though there were several tables available because they had reservations for an hour later. At K-chicken we were seated promptly even though they were packed. Served promptly, food was hot and delicious, servers checked back regularly, and we were out in less than an hour. It's been a while but we have previously also enjoyed the Korean BBQ.

First time here and will definitely be back! K-pop going and Jinro chillin makes for a good time! Crazy Hot Tenders - $14.95 Rating: 4.5/5 Heat: 6/5 Value: 5/5 If you've never had an extract based hot sauce you might want to steer clear this one isn't for the faint of heart! Personally, I prefer spicy non-extract based sauce but the flavor wasn't bad although it did taste like extract. Chicken was absolute fire! Light craggly batter perfectly cooked chicken exploding with juice. Also tried the Honey Garlic sauce which was decent but not my favorite although adding this to the Crazy Hot did make for a nice combo. The amount of chicken was impressive around 8/9 nice sized hand breaded tenders. Definitely over 1 lb of chicken and could have easily have split this with my wife but we came to sample the menu today. Beef Bulgogi Gimbap - $9.95 Rating: 3.5/5 Value: 3/5 Flavors were on point everything was fresh the bulgogi was very flavorful and tender. The roll is large 12 pieces but I wouldn't be upset with a bit more bulgogi. Pork Bulgogi Bipimbap - $14.95 Rating: 3.5/5 Value: 3/5 This is a very beautiful dish the presentation is top notch. Perfect cuts on all the veggies and the pork bulgogi was just as perfect as the beef but again for the price would like about double that amount of meat. The flavors are next level some definite skill in the kitchen. The bowl is pipping hot which cooks the rice on the bottom giving you these insteresting slight burnt rice pieces. Very tasty! Banchan - Free Rating: 5/5 I'm not sure sure if they always do this but we planned on ordering the Banchan however upon sitting down the lovely waitress brought out a full spread of goodness. This whole platter was an absolute flavor bomb! The salad with golden raisins and ginger dressing was my favorite but the cucumber kimchi and daikon raidish were close behind. We even ordered more kimchi and daikon all for free. Overall while everything wasn't perfect we will definitely be returning many times!

Went in for dinner by myself. I ordered seafood pancake and dolsot bibim bap. The seafood pancake was hot and crispy and delicious! Best I have had in a long time! The bibim bap was amazing. Banchan was delivered on a serving plate with six different choices. These were also all excellent! I really liked the white radish, the spicy cucumber, and the Napa kimchi. Waitress asked if I wanted more. I said yes to more white radish kimchi and spicy cucumber and they brought me a small bowl of each! I was so happy and so full! Great restaurant with great service. They also carried one of my favorite beers … Sapporo … great complement to the seafood pancake and the dipping sauce. Definitely coming back to try more items on the menu!

K-CHICKEN AND KOREAN BBQ GRILL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We visited this new Korean restaurant located in the Dale Mabry area. The vibes are emasculate! the ambience, cleaningness, and service of the place are things that won’t go for granted in this visit we had bulgogi beef, cheese teokbbuki, & sweet and spicy half chicken this meal was accompanied by a variety of side dishes and steamed rice. This location is amazing for anyone who wants to try korean bqq and food for the first time. the tteokbbuki didn’t have any overwhelming flavor, and it was almost sweet and savory at the same time. The bulgogi beef was tender and well marinated, it lacked color but what matter is the flavor. Last but definitely not least our favorite item was definitely the korean style fried chicken, the chicken was perfectly cooked, it was tender and juicy. we could only imagine coming to this place again to enjoy some beers and chicken. the overall experience was good! i definitely recommend trying the all you can eat if you’ll be getting any kind of meat ( we kinda regret not doing so)

It is very dangerous that I live as close to this restaurant as I do. I came here once about a year ago while waiting to get a table at brunchies next door. They were going to be an hour and k-chicken was seating immediately. That was the best decision I've ever made, this restaurant is phenomenal even though it is a little costly for the all you can eat option they keep that price reasonable by providing such high quality meat and accompaniments. The staff is quick and attentive even when the restaurant is full and they will ensure that you have everything you need. The food is cooked by yourself if you decide to do that so no one to blame if it's under or overcooked but the flavor is on point. If you do choose to have the kitchen cook it and do not go for all you can eat then you will save some money but the food will still be very good. I have introduced many friends to this restaurant and will continue to do so at every opportunity that I have but when I am dining alone, I prefer to just get the bulgogi beef entree for about $20.
